Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, based in Bengaluru. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, explaining insurance products and services, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include creating sales strategies, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the internal team to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and client needs
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer requirements
- A results-oriented individual who is self-motivated and goal-driven
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in the insurance industry is a strong advantage but not mandatory
