We are painting contractors, specialising in texture paintings on high rise building. Works pan India. We are looking for sales person for local market.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson based in Nagpur. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with customers, presenting and promoting products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and consistently meeting sales targets while contributing to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Building Customer Relationships
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Conduct Market Research and Identify Sales Opportunities
• Proficiency in Time Management, Organization, and Meeting Sales Targets
• Knowledge of the local market in Nagpur is a plus
• High level of self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Industry experience in paints is an added advantage
