Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Warangal. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable loan products. Daily tasks include generating leads, maintaining relationships with clients, communicating effectively to provide insights into our product offerings, and achieving sales targets. The Salesperson will also collaborate with lenders and internal teams to ensure a smooth loan application process.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in customer engagement
  • Ability to effectively communicate financial product benefits to prospective clients
  • Proficiency in relationship building and maintaining a client-focused approach
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and credit processes is preferred
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
