Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive business growth through customer acquisition, relationship management, and achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a willingness to work in field sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field sales and customer visits.
• Identify and develop new customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
• Maintain regular sales reports and customer information.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth business operations.

Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales.
• BFSI, Banking, Insurance, or relevant sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable with field sales.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Local candidates preferred.

Compensation

Salary: Up to 5.70 LPA + Incentives
