About UsVijay Traders and Tattva Papers are leading names in the trading of waste paper and PET materials, working with mills, recyclers, and vendors across western India. We are looking for a motivated Sales Professional who can expand our vendor base, manage client relationships, and help grow our trading volumes.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and onboard new suppliers and buyers for waste paper and PET materials.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and vendors.
- Negotiate rates, payment terms, and close profitable deals.
- Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the accounts and operations team for smooth transactions.
Requirements- Proven sales experience (1–5 years preferred).
- Experience in trading / B2B sales/recycling/packaging industry is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Own vehicle for travel.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Tally is a plus.
