Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson based in North Goa. The Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and presenting customized solutions tailored to client needs. In this role, the individual will generate leads, conduct market research, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction post-sale. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation skills, including the ability to identify leads, close deals, and meet/exceed sales targets
  • Market Research and Client Relationship Management expertise
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Familiarity with Integrated Facility Management services or related industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
