Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson for a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. This role will involve conducting product demonstrations, delivering sales presentations, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with team members to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications
  • Experience in direct sales, lead generation, and building strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in market research, and understanding of customer needs and industry trends
  • Organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous sales experience, especially in a related industry, is a plus
  • Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
