Role Description

The Sales Associate will play a crucial role in supporting and expanding our client base through proactive engagement and relationship building. Key responsibilities include generating leads, managing client inquiries, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and identifying new sales opportunities. The role also involves understanding client needs, presenting solutions, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This is a full-time on-site position based in Noida.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage accounts effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and collaborate with teams
  • Understanding of renewable energy products and services, preferably in the solar industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools for managing data and preparing reports
  • Time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and achieve targets
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role, especially within the renewable energy or solar sector, is advantageous
