Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Ludhiana. The Salesperson will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include managing sales transactions, maintaining product displays, handling customer inquiries, and actively contributing to the achievement of sales targets. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on product knowledge and building positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail or sales, preferably in the bicycle or sporting goods industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and build lasting relationships.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach to achieving targets and resolving inquiries.
• Good knowledge of bicycles, components, and related products, along with a passion for cycling and outdoor activities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage inventory, maintain displays, and handle sales efficiently.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
