Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Kakori. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and promoting RIO Digital Lenses products and services. Additional responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Account Management
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and Business Development activities
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is an advantage
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the optical or eyewear industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
