Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, based in Gurgaon. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing and potential clients, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and meeting sales targets. The role includes preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and working closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with the company's goals. Strong client communication and understanding of lighting solutions are important components of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales strategy, lead generation, and achieving sales targets
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships and delivering effective presentations
  • Knowledge of lighting solutions, IoT, or related technical products is highly advantageous
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and sales reporting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
