Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable photography services based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide detailed information about service specifications, features, and functionalities.
- Demonstrate the functionality and usage of different photographic service to customers.
Sales and Promotion:
- Present, promote, and sell photography products using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Assist in the marketing and promotion of photography equipment.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an updated knowledge of the latest photography equipment and trends in the market.
- Stay informed about the technical features, advantages, and usage of various photography equipment.
Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
Reporting:
- Service management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Analyse the territory/market s potential, track sales, and status reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a salesperson or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
