Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Mumbai and Surat. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending appropriate financial solutions. The Salesperson will also be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tracking the progress of sales initiatives, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include cold calling, client meetings, and following up on leads.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proactive and self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the financial industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
