Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Mumbai. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients, managing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include developing sales strategies, presenting and promoting products, preparing sales reports, and participating in market research to identify potential opportunities. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the internal product and engineering teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong communication, customer negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of industries such as Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical Processing, or Automotive is an advantage
- Proficiency in market research and strategy development
- Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Self-driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in technical sales or mechanical sealing solutions is a plus
