Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Indore. Key responsibilities include engaging with potential customers to present and promote real estate projects, driving sales efforts to meet established targets, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from client interactions to deal closures. The Salesperson will build and maintain client relationships, identify opportunities for business growth, collaborate with internal teams, and provide personalized property solutions tailored to customers needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
  • Sales and marketing skills, with the ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and an aptitude for analyzing property trends
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, meet sales targets, and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales software to manage lead pipelines efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a related industry is preferred
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
