Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Mumbai. The Salesperson will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting company services, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with team members and participation in corporate events to promote the company's services.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales or business development experience
- Understanding of corporate travel management or MICE services is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to identify client needs
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to meeting sales goals
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
