Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Kolkata. The Salesperson will actively engage with prospective and existing clients, present residential and commercial property options, and provide accurate information on pricing, features, and benefits. Day-to-day activities include conducting site visits, following up on leads, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and supporting clients throughout the sales lifecycle, from inquiry to documentation and closure. The role also involves maintaining updated records in the CRM system, coordinating with internal teams for inventory and project updates, and participating in sales campaigns, property exhibitions, and promotional events. The Salesperson is expected to uphold high standards of professionalism, represent the company's values, and contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship and communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal communication, and professional email and phone etiquette.
  • Demonstrated sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in lead conversion, objection handling, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic real estate knowledge or willingness to learn property regulations, documentation processes, and local market trends in Kolkata.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Comfort using digital tools such as CRM systems, office productivity software, and messaging or video platforms for client and team communication.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on honesty, integrity, and building long-term trust with clients.
  • Preferred: prior experience in real estate, financial services, or retail sales; proficiency in English and local languages; and familiarity with the Kolkata property market.
  • Minimum qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
