Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site sales role located in Quilon. As a Salesperson at Luxon TATA, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting and selling company products and services, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will also be tasked with meeting sales targets, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored recommendations. Additionally, the role requires regular reporting on sales performance and the ability to collaborate with other team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and exceptional communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Sales Techniques, Negotiation, and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to conduct market research and stay updated on market trends and competitor products.
  • Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or a related field is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and approachable demeanor with customers and team members.
