Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Salesperson to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneswar. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored recommendations to enhance their living spaces. Responsibilities include showcasing our collections, maintaining product knowledge, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves ensuring outstanding customer service and collaborating with the team to optimize the overall client experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
• Proven sales skills, including the ability to understand customer needs, provide recommendations, and close sales
• Basic knowledge of design and aesthetics, with an appreciation for high-quality furnishings and interior style
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and following up with customers
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
• Availability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar.
