Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive at Levi Tea, based in Ambala and surrounding regions. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, visiting retail shops and distributors, promoting Levi Tea products, and building strong relationships in the market.

The role involves achieving sales targets, expanding retailer network, ensuring product availability, and increasing brand visibility. Regular market visits, follow-ups, and feedback on competitor activity and customer preferences are key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit retail shops, kirana stores, and wholesalers on a daily basis
  • Generate orders and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors
  • Promote Levi Tea products and increase brand visibility
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers

Qualification

  • Basic sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in field and meet daily targets
  • Basic understanding of local market and retail network
  • Prior experience in FMCG sales is preferred (tea experience is a plus)
  • Education: 12th pass or above (flexible based on experience)
  • Own two-wheeler required
