Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, primarily based in Ahmedabad, with the flexibility for some remote work. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales, building long-term relationships with clients, presenting solar energy solutions, and achieving sales targets. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting market research, identifying potential customers, providing consultations on solar products and services, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a thorough understanding of industry trends to support customers in adopting sustainable energy solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and conduct research to identify business opportunities
- A results-driven attitude with problem-solving and consultative selling skills
- Proficiency in digital tools for communication, reporting, and presentations
- Knowledge of renewable energy solutions, particularly solar energy, is highly desirable
- Flexibility to manage both office-based and remote work effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
