Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson at Kohinoor Jewellers, located in Agra. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining store displays, managing inventory, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge will be critical for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction and providing exceptional service
• Experience in sales, client relations, and implementing effective sales techniques
• Basic knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, and gemology, with a willingness to learn
• Organizational and time management skills to handle inventory and meet sales goals
• Proficiency in learning point-of-sale systems and invoice handling
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in retail or luxury sales is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or gemology are a plus
