Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Patna. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key activities include customer engagement, presenting product solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. The role will also involve market analysis and reporting on sales metrics to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and client-focused strategies
  • Analytical skills and the ability to conduct market research
  • High level of self-motivation and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the electrical or electronic manufacturing industry is advantageous

  • Willingness to travel locally as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
