Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, presenting and selling travel packages, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities also include researching market trends, achieving sales targets, collaborating with the team to develop strategies, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of the travel industry and experience with travel package development and tourism trends
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset
• Prior experience in sales or in the travel industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
