Mannarcraft is a traditional craft enterprise based out of Kerala, India, that focuses on creating beautiful and durable products made of bronze, brass, bell metal, indalium, and cast iron. We believe in integrating the traditional methods with a modern lifestyle for a healthy lifestyle that is also within budget. All our products are made by the local craftsmen of Kerala who are known for their exquisite designs and finishes. To help these craftsmen achieve global recognition and improve their livelihoods, we have created an online platform where they can showcase their products. We hope to take these traditional designs and works to all corners of the world.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Salesperson at Mannar Craft located in Chengannur. The Salesperson will work with the local craftsmen to showcase their products on our platform and sell them globally. The role includes tasks such as identifying potential customers, managing client relationships, processing orders, and tracking shipments.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients
• Prior experience in sales or client relationship management preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple clients and orders simultaneously
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and experience with online sales is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or a related field
