Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Salesperson for our life insurance Agency channel located in Ranchi. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves meeting sales targets by promoting and selling life insurance products to potential customers. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role requires conducting market research, generating leads, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Sales strategies
- Strong knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
- Customer Service skills with a focus on client engagement and relationship building
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Relevant experience in life insurance sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and teamwork capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage
