Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Hyderabad. The Salesperson will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their office furniture requirements, and recommend suitable product solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and client visits, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and closing sales in line with revenue targets. The role involves coordinating with the showroom and operations teams for product demonstrations, order processing, and timely delivery. The Salesperson will also maintain accurate records of inquiries, proposals, and sales activities, while building long-term customer relationships and gathering feedback to improve service.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in client relationship management, needs assessment, and solution selling in a B2B or retail environment.
  • Ability to present products clearly, handle objections, and negotiate pricing and terms professionally.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with decision-makers at different levels.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM tools, email, and spreadsheets for tracking leads, preparing quotations, and reporting.
  • Understanding of office furniture products, ergonomics, or interior solutions is highly desirable (training can be provided).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented approach with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfort working on-site, visiting client locations in and around Hyderabad as needed.
  • Prior sales experience in furniture, interiors, real estate, or related sectors is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
