Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will manage client relationships, identify potential leads, and convert prospects into customers. Responsibilities include presenting Cityscape Consulting's services, negotiating deals, meeting sales goals, providing tailored solutions, and offering expert guidance on real estate opportunities. Collaboration with the internal consulting team and continuous engagement with clients to foster lasting partnerships are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to Analyze Market Trends and Identify Growth Opportunities
  • Understanding of Real Estate, Urban Development, or Property Investment
  • Proficiency in using CRM and other relevant sales tools
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or consulting is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction
