Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Salesperson to join our team at AutumnAir Cooling Solutions. This is an on-site role based in Malappuram. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable products or services. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, providing product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing sales deals. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business, as well as contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to build rapport and close deals effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members
- Customer service expertise and problem-solving capabilities to address client inquiries and issues
- Basic knowledge of cooling solutions or HVAC systems is a plus
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a results-driven environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
- Flexibility to adapt to customer needs and willingness to learn about new products and technologies
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is an advantage
