Job Description

Sales Executive After 8

Location: Thane

Type: Full-Time

Experience: 13 years preferred

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the first point of contact between After 8 and the people who become our clients. Your day-to-day will look like:

Calling and following up with leads who've already shown interest warming them up and converting them

Generating new leads through outreach, networking, and referrals corporates, friend groups, couples, college crowds

Meeting potential clients in person and walking them through our events, packages, and the property

Closing offline sales you're comfortable owning the conversation from first call to signed deal

Explaining our events and experiences in a way that gets people genuinely excited, not just informed

Selling group bookings, private events, corporate offsites, and ticketed experiences

Keeping a clean pipeline and following up consistently so no lead goes cold

Coordinating with the events and operations team so what you sell is exactly what gets delivered

Who We're Looking For

Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and is confident on the phone and in person

You don't wait to be told to follow up you already have

Comfortable handling objections without losing energy or enthusiasm

Prior experience in events, hospitality, F&B, travel, or lifestyle sales is a strong plus

You understand that sales here isn't pushy it's about helping the right people find the right experience

Organised enough to manage 2030 leads at different stages without dropping the ball

Someone who's actually been to events, understands the culture, and can speak to it naturally

Bonus if you already have a network of corporates, event planners, or young professionals in Mumbai

What You'll Need

13 years in a sales, business development, or client-facing role

Strong communication in English and Hindi

Comfortable with WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and phone as primary sales tools

Willingness to visit the Whispering Woods property regularly you should know what you're selling firsthand

Based in Mumbai or Thane
