Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Employee located in Srinagar. The Sales Employee will be responsible for interacting with clients, understanding their travel needs, providing information about travel packages, and booking trips. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Other day-to-day tasks include following up with potential leads, preparing reports, and staying updated on travel trends and offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven sales experience and the ability to achieve sales targets
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and offerings
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or related field is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
