Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Sales Professional. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new leads, promoting solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients, and achieving sales targets. The role entails educating potential clients about the benefits of solar energy, preparing proposals, and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, including lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and engage with prospective clients.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills that contribute to closing deals effectively.
- Knowledge of renewable energy solutions or prior experience in the solar energy industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and operate in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
