Key Responsibilities

● Assist customers with a warm and professional approach

● Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewelry

● Explain product details, pricing, and customization options

● Maintain strong knowledge of diamonds and jewelry products

● Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support

● Ensure showroom cleanliness and attractive product display

● Support inventory management and stock tracking

● Build long-term customer relationships

✅ Requirements

● Experience in retail sales (jewelry preferred)

● Presentable and customer-focused personality

● Basic understanding of diamonds and jewelry

● Flexible to work on weekends/holidays

● Passion for sales and customer service

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in luxury retail

● Knowledge of diamond grading (4Cs)

● Proficiency in Hindi, English, and local language

Compensation & Benefits

● Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
