Salesman

The new hire will first complete onboarding and undergo a two-week training program at the headquartersZhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China , and later be assigned to India to be responsible for work related to the India market. This position will be home office.

Responsibility:

1.Contact and follow up international customers, sign sales contracts with customers, place orders and arrange production;

2.Business negotiation, product quotation, matching and following up;

3.Clear product quality and packaging requirements, familiar with product characteristics, explain product performance, specifications, usesuse precautions, ect.;

4.Communicate with customers on orders and plans, confirm or adjust delivery time;

5.Customer accounts receivable reconciliation, confirm payment recovery;

6.Follow up customer complaints, return goods and assist in customer satisfaction survey.

Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, marketing or related;

2.Familiar with international sales model, familiar with import and export business process, familiar with the India market;

3.More than 3 years of foreign trade business experience; those with sales experience in the pharmaceutical packaging, food packaging or home care/personal care product packaging industry are preferred;

4.Good communication skills and team spirit;

5.Fluent in oral English and Hindi.

6.Able to travel frequently.
