Salesforce Vlocity developer

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Vlocity EPC Developer with 4-8+yrs of strong experience in Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) for B2C telecom implementations. The role focuses on product modeling, pricing, promotions, and catalog-driven order management within Salesforce Industries.

The candidate will play a key role in configuring, and maintaining scalable product catalogs that support Sales Console, Agent Console, and Order Management journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) components - Products, Offers, Bundles, Attributes and Attribute Categories, ricing, Discounts, Promotions, Charges and Fees

• Configure product relationships and rules - Cardinality, compatibility rules, Eligibility rules, Product hierarchy and decomposition

• Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into catalog configurations and data models

• Configure and maintain Price lists, Matrix procedures for pricing logic, Picklists and reusable catalog components

• Troubleshoot catalog issues impacting Sales Console / Agent Console flows, Order fallout / pricing mismatches, RCA for catalog-driven incidents

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer
