Salesforce Vlocity Developer

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years in Salesforce implementation and development.
• Telecom domain experience is mandatory.
• Salesforce Expertise:
• Hands-on configuration skills (custom fields, objects, workflows, process builders, flows, SOQL/SOSL, profiles, permission sets).
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deployment experience using ANT migration tool, Workbench, Jenkins, or COPADO.
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud implementation experience.
• Vlocity Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Vlocity telecommunication module.
• Expertise in Vlocity Integration Procedures, Omniscripts, and Cards.
• Integration Knowledge:
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce data migrations.
• Additional Skills:
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with UX design and interactive UI development.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices is a plus.
