We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Vlocity Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Apex programming, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) solutions, capable of designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce applications tailored to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) solutions using Vlocity Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Vlocity Cards.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex classes, Apex triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Configure and manage Vlocity components such as Product Catalog, CPQ, and Order Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Optimize performance of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices in code quality, security, and scalability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality and performance.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, Vlocity releases, and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs), LWC (Lightning Web Components), Visualforce, and Salesforce DX.
- Proven experience with Vlocity/Salesforce Industries tools: Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Vlocity Cards.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
- Experience in Salesforce Integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proficiency with version control tools such as Git and CI/CD processes.
- Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II) is required.
- Salesforce Industries/Vlocity certification is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Vlocity CPQ, Order Management, and Industry-specific data models (e.g., Telecom, Insurance, Healthcare).
