We are seeking a Salesforce Vlocity Developer who is Vlocity (Salesforce Certified OmniStudio) certified with 4-5 years of relevant experience in the SFDC landscape. You will help manage project scope and timelines, ensure deliverables meet quality standards, and perform code review and optimization. The role requires the ability to create technical designs from functional designs/requirements, and experience in an Agile methodology (User stories, features, story points, etc.). You must also have experience working in an onshore/offshore support model, effectively collaborating with offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Vlocity/OmniStudio Development: Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Vlocity platform capabilities including Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices and Procedures, OmniScripts, and Vlocity Data Model.
- Salesforce LWC Development: Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) with a minimum of 2 years experience, including at least 6 months in Vlocity LWC implementations within OmniScripts and Cards framework.
- Salesforce Core Development: Develop on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Components, APEX, SOQL, or SOSL, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience.
- Web Development: Utilize experience in web application development, including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, for front-end solutions.
- Technical Design & Optimization: Create technical designs from functional designs/requirements. Perform Code Review and Code Optimization to ensure high-quality and efficient deliverables.
- Project Management Support: Help manage project scope and timelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Agile Methodology: Work effectively in an Agile methodology environment (User stories, features, story points, etc.).
- Team Collaboration & Coordination: Work in an onshore/offshore support model, effectively collaborating and coordinating work with offshore teams. Demonstrate excellent communication, effective collaborative skills, requirement analysis, client handling, and team handling capabilities.
- Tools & Deployment: Apply working knowledge of development tools such as APEX Data loader or Workbench, and understand deployment processes and tools.
Required Skills and Experience
- Vlocity (Salesforce Certified OmniStudio) certified developer with 4-5 years of relevant experience in the SFDC landscape.
- Experience helping to manage project's scope and timelines and ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards.
- Ability to perform Code Review and Code Optimization.
- Capability to create technical design from functional design/Requirement.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience with LWC development and at least 6 months in Vlocity LWC implementations in OmniScripts and Cards framework.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Vlocity platform development using OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Procedures etc, with relevant best practices.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience with Salesforce development, including Lightning Components, APEX, SOQL, or SOSL.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience with web application development, including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Working knowledge of development tools, including APEX Data loader or Workbench.
- Working knowledge of deployment process and tools.
