Solution Designer – EPC / Salesforce ESM & Communication Cloud (Telecom BSS | Fiber & Postpaid)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Communications Cloud professional with strong expertise in Enterprise Sales Management (ESM) and Industries CPQ (Vlocity CPQ) to design and implement end‑to‑end quote‑to‑order solutions across telecom B2B/B2C journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & implement ESM quoting flows, sales agreement lifecycle, commercial hierarchy, account structures.
- Configure CPQ solutions: product setup, guided selling, cart, pricing, validation logic, quote lifecycle.
- Implement pricing rules, discounting strategies, promotions, eligibility rules, attribute‑based pricing.
- Collaborate with EPC teams on product & pricing modeling.
- Ensure seamless integration across ESM → CPQ → Order Management (XOM).
- Support quote‑to‑order conversion, order fallout handling, validation flows.
Required Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Communications Cloud (Telecom BSS)
- Industries CPQ (Vlocity CPQ) – product configuration, bundling, pricing rules, cart architecture
- OmniStudio (OmniScript, DataRaptor, Integration Procedures, FlexCards)
- Apex, LWC, REST APIs
- Strong knowledge of telecom B2B/B2C processes
Certifications (Preferred, Mandatory where noted)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Omni Studio Consultant
- Salesforce Communications Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer
