Job Description
This person is responsible to collaborate design develop the application Resource should closely work with business to understand the requirement collaborate with other teams to ensure in following enterprise and application guidelines Resource needs to utilize out of box features in Salesforce and suggest global reusable component Needs to be up to date with latest Salesforce releases Resource should be individual contributor and able to research of possibilities
Responsibilities
Design and develop solutions that meet Salesforce and enterprise standards
Able to assess business requirements and translate into solutions
Maintaining solution architecture diagrams
Collaborate with stakeholders to make them understand the application and suggest new ideas for their proposed requirement
Involve in project estimates and able to do POC as needed
Able to utilize fully out of box feature provided by Salesforce
Adhere to stakeholders requirements timelines and budgeting requirements
Sprint planning estimation requirement analysis and review
Assist in troubleshooting production issues post deployment including conducting retrospectives for continuous improvement
Staying current with Salesforce updates and new features to recommend improvements and innovations
Conducting system audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements
Providing mentorship and knowledge sharing to technical team members and stakeholders
Leading cross functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business goals
Managing the technical delivery of custom development integrations and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
Regularly monitor and review usage of the application and improve the overall quality of the product
Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates new capabilities and bring those learnings to improve the application
Take an active role in mentoring team performance management process by completing goal setting interim review and year end review on a timely basis and soliciting ongoing feedback
Adapt and remain effective in a fast paced changing environment
Required Skills
4 year bachelors degree in Software Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent
10 years of experience in Salesforce Development
5 years of experience developing using the Salesforce Lightning Platform
4 years of architecture experience
Lightning Web Components experience is must
Integration implementation via middleware springboot preferred
Strong understanding of multiple app architecture and able to design robust solutions
Experience applying software engineering design patterns including a strong understanding of object oriented concepts coding standards and practices
Strong understanding of web services including SOAP REST standards and security models integration patterns and methods
Strong understanding of HTML CSS and Javascript
Experience working in a fast pace Agile development environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Results oriented individual with strong mentoring and problem solving skills
Proficient in using Integrated Development Tools such as IntelliJ Eclipse Visual Studio along with Source Control Systems such as git

Salesforce Developer and Architect Certifications
US Healthcare Experience
Exposure to CRM Service Issue Management applications
Development experience using Java or NET tech stacks
Experience using one or more of the following tools Jenkins Docker Openshift
