Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Tester with hands-on experience in Provar to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce applications, developing test automation frameworks using Provar, and ensuring high-quality releases across Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Provar
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Validate Salesforce configurations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and testing needs
- Perform data-driven testing, UI testing, and API testing within Salesforce environments
- Integrate Provar automation with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Jira
- Ensure proper test documentation, including test plans, scripts, and reports
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Testing
- Hands-on experience with Provar Test Automation Tool (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules like:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Lightning Experience
- Experience in test automation frameworks and scripting
- Knowledge of SOQL, Salesforce objects, workflows, and validation rules
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman / REST APIs)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have Skills
- Salesforce Certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Selenium or other automation tools
- Experience in performance testing tools like JMeter
- Understanding of DevOps practices
