Salesforce Testing

Conduct functional, integration, regression, and system testing on Salesforce applications, including automation testing. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring prompt resolution and verification. Create and manage test data within Salesforce environments. Review Salesforce release notes and evaluate the impact of new releases on existing test cases and functionalities. Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases. Design, create, and maintain automation scripts for testing purposes Set up and design testing frameworks. Oversee and monitor the execution of automation scripts. Analyze test execution reports to assess results and performance. Troubleshoot issues that arise during testing and address them effectively. Provide thorough documentation and detailed test reports. Actively engage in team and stakeholder meetings to contribute insights. Provide regular updates and test reports to team leads and managers. Understand and adapt to the business processes for better alignment with project goals. Skills: 2-3 Years of experience in Salesforce testing with a strong focus on Selenium automation. Expertise in Selenium WebDriver for test automation, with knowledge of Jenkins, Maven, TestNG, and Git for CI/CD integration. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Strong knowledge of Salesforce testing practices Knowledge of testing APIs and services with tools like Postman, SOAP UI, or Rest Assured. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
