Salesforce Tester ( Salesforce Cloud testing)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tester with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Cloud testing.

Client: Infosys

Experience : 5 years

Loaction: PAN India

Notice period: Immediate / 15 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional and system testing for Salesforce Cloud applications.
• Work on Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Perform integration testing involving APIs, middleware, upstream, and downstream systems.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution plans.
• Lead SIT, System Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT support for Salesforce programs.
• Define test strategy, test approach, estimation, and execution plans.
• Drive end-to-end testing across Salesforce and integrated applications.
• Validate Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, profiles, roles, permissions, and business processes.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Review test coverage and ensure all functional and integration requirements are adequately tested.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, including defect identification, tracking, retesting, and closure.
• Lead defect triage discussions with business, technical, and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, Salesforce teams, and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
• Work effectively within Agile/Scrum development and delivery methodologies.

Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of Salesforce Testing experience
• Strong experience in Salesforce Cloud testing
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Experience Cloud / Marketing Cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, profiles, roles, and business processes
• Experience in SIT, System Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT
• Strong integration testing experience
• Experience in API testing
• Hands-on experience with Postman or SoapUI
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience in defect management and defect triage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
