Role: Salesforce Tester
Experience: 5 - 8 years
Location: PAN India
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Responsibilities
- Prepare data migration strategies for source to Salesforce applications
- Knowledge of account and complaint management in Salesforce
- Test customer complaint intakes from various sources and Salesforce order processes against customer service requests
- Test execution and defect management tracking and reporting test metrics progress against plan and highlighting risks and issues to project teams and senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Xray
- Experience in system integration functional and UAT test processes
- Work within Agile methodologies and use testing tools
