Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Tester with expertise in Copado Robotics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in testing Salesforce applications, with a strong focus on quality assurance and automation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our Salesforce solutions are reliable, efficient, and meet the needs of our business. This position is open in our Kochi, Pune, and Noida offices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications using Copado Robotics.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on Salesforce applications to ensure quality and performance.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability and automation opportunities.
- Identify and document defects, track them to closure, and ensure that they meet acceptance criteria.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to provide testing updates and insights.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process and practices within the team.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce testing, with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its features.
- Proficiency in Copado and its capabilities for robotic process automation (RPA) within Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks related to Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in writing and executing SQL queries to validate data integrity and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
