Salesforce Test Manager(Automation must)-12yrs

This is a remote position.

Job Title: Senior Salesforce Test Manager (12+ Years)
Automation test(JIRA,ADO,Selenium)
Contract- Remote
Completely 8-9hrs work.

Role Summary:

Lead end-to-end testing strategy and delivery across large programs, ensuring high-quality releases, strong governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive test strategy, planning, and execution across projects

Manage functional, integration, UAT, and automation testing

Lead and mentor QA teams across multiple work streams

Ensure defect management, risk mitigation, and quality governance

Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, timelines, and releases

Track and report quality metrics (defect leakage, coverage, cycle time)

Required Skills

12+ years experience in QA, with leadership/Test Manager role

Strong experience in test strategy & large program delivery

Expertise in test automation, tools (Jira, ADO, Selenium, etc.)

Experience in Agile, Scrum, DevOps environments

Excellent stakeholder and team management skills

Preferred

Experience in Salesforce testing (Sales/Service Cloud)

Knowledge of automation frameworks & CI/CD

Domain experience (Healthcare / BFSI)
