Deloitte Bangalore is seeking Salesforce Test Automation Specialist (8+ Years Experience)

Role Overview

Deloitte Bangalore is looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Test Automation Specialist to design and implement robust automation frameworks for Salesforce applications. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications using JavaScript (preferred) and tools like WebdriverIO.
• Create and execute automation scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Integrate automated tests into Jenkins pipelines and manage CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables in an Agile environment.
• Utilize AWS or other cloud platforms for test execution and environment management.
• Apply visual tools such as mind mapping and Specification by Examples (SBEs) for test design and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in test automation practices and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Certification is mandatory (one or more Salesforce certifications).
• Only candidates with strong Automation Testing experience should apply.
• Strong experience in automation testing, preferably with WebdriverIO, JavaScript, and/or Java (other scripting languages are a plus).
• Proven ability to create and maintain automation frameworks using scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of visual modeling tools and SBEs for effective test planning.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, with a can-do attitude and innovative mindset.

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to API testing (REST/SOAP) and performance testing tools.
• Experience with DevOps practices and test integration in deployment pipelines.
