Position: Technical Salesforce Project Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Salesforce Project Manager who can lead delivery across Salesforce initiatives while staying tightly connected to customers. You will not be expected to define requirements or architect solutions but you'll stay close enough to drive execution, ensure feasibility, and step in when needed. Strong communication, ownership, and presentation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.)
- Be the primary delivery contact for the customer lead calls, track progress, and ensure transparency
- Liaise with BAs and Architects ensure everyone is aligned and that project stays on track
- Confidently lead customer calls or demos when BA/Architect is unavailable
- Present status updates, roadmaps, and demos clearly and effectively using PowerPoint and Salesforce UI
- Ensure delivery velocity, manage risks, track dependencies, and drive on-time execution
- Use Agile practices to run sprints, retros, and delivery planning
- Ensure team is clear on priorities and blockers are addressed promptly
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication can simplify the complex for non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce projects (minimum 2 full-cycle implementations)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce platform and limits (declarative + basic understanding of Apex/Flows)
- Strong ownership understand the customer, the projects and establish as a single point of contact for delivery
- Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, and version control (Git/Copado/etc.)
Preferred
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, or Consultant preferred)
- PMP / CSM certification a plus
Experience with Salesforce DevOps pipelines (Copado/Gearset) is a bonus
