This is a hands-on role where you'll lead the engineering, architecture, and delivery of a sophisticated ISV/OEM solution.

What you'll do:

Own the architecture for loan origination & compliance modules.

Lead 2GP managed package development and Salesforce Security Reviews.

Mentor a high-performing team of developers.

ISV/OEM Product Excellence

• 2GP Leadership: Managing managed packages, versioning, and dependencies.
• Tooling: Hands-on with Salesforce CLI, Scratch Orgs, and CI/CD.
• Compliance: Driving readiness for Salesforce Security Reviews.

What we're looking for:

• Experience: 8+ years in Salesforce, with significant ISV/OEM exposure.
• Stack: Apex, LWC, Flows, Salesforce CLI, CI/CD.
• Mindset: You think like a product owner, not just a coder.
