About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Technical Analyst specializing in Pitcher platform implementation and support. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end technical delivery of Pitcher modules integrated within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your expertise will be crucial in designing, customizing, and supporting Pitcher solutions such as Pitcher Census, Coaching, Connect, Consent, Impact, Sales, Zero, and Admin modules, ensuring they align with business requirements and industry best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, sales operations, IT, and field representatives, to develop scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions tailored to the needs of the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical domains.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a strong technical background with extensive experience in Salesforce and Pitcher platform implementations. A minimum of 8+ years of overall Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on Pitcher platform deployment and support, is required. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in core Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows, alongside a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, security models, data management, and integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs). Prior experience working in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry, particularly with CRM processes like HCP/HCO management, territory planning, visit execution, and field force automation, is highly preferred. Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and experience with development tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, Git, and release management processes are essential.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities include leading the technical implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Pitcher modules integrated with Salesforce CRM. You will design and develop solutions across various Pitcher modules, ensuring they meet business needs and technical standards. Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications is key to delivering impactful solutions. You will customize Salesforce and Pitcher applications to optimize sales force effectiveness, field engagement, and compliance. Additionally, you will design and support integrations between Pitcher, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
You will oversee production support activities, including incident management, root cause analysis, and system enhancements, maintaining platform performance, security, and data integrity. Leading release cycles, deployments, and environment management will be part of your responsibilities, along with mentoring junior developers and support teams on best practices. Working with global teams across different geographies, you will ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with organizational standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
